User Conduct
Access to and use of this Website is a privilege granted by us, therefore any unauthorised or malicious activity will result in immediate termination of permission and license. The following requires our express written consent and can be withdrawn without notice and at any time:

All content submitted to the Website including comments, ratings, reviews or general feedback will be governed by our Terms & Conditions (User Conduct). Such content will be considered separate from and not part of the official Website. It is clearly understood that such content is not endorsed by us. Therefore we are not responsible or liable for this content and you accept that it is posted by the User at their own risk and understand that you are solely responsible for the content of your submission. Further such content will be considered to have been placed into the public domain and therefore will not covered by our Privacy Policy. We will monitor these submissions periodically and retain the right to delete or remove any content that we believe infringes our User Conduct rules; this will be done without prior notice or application to the User.

Our Conduct
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the Website is as accurate, up to date and error-free as possible, we are not liable for errors or inaccuracies deemed to be beyond our reasonable control. The Website is available “as is” and “as and when available” without endorsement, representation or warranty of any kind for the Website itself or the content displayed on the Website.
The rendering/display of images depends on the device and browser used, therefore these images will not be entirely accurate. Product dimensions and descriptions are intended as a guide and may be approximate. If you have any queries about the colour, size or any other detail about the product you are interested in please contact us before placing an order on the Website.
Whilst the Website is monitored we cannot guarantee that the Website is free from viruses and malware. Users should take the necessary standard precautions in terms of software updates and anti-virus scanning. We will not be liable for any loss, corruption or damage as a result of downloading/uploading to the Website. If a fault is found please contact us and we will repair/correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible.
Access to the Website can not be guaranteed at all times. It may be necessary to suspend the Website, without notice for technical, maintenance, system update or other reasons beyond our control. Breaches of our Terms & Conditions may result in the removal of access privileges.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to and services provided on the Website without notice for reasons beyond our control for example technical or legal requirements.
We will not be liable to you or any third part for loss of data, contacts, revenue, profits, goodwill or expenditure or any indirect or consequential loss in connection with your use of this Website.
We remain liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations, breaches of section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We reserve the right to amend and update our Terms & Conditions on a periodic basis. It is the User’s responsibility to check and acquaint themselves with our Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by our Terms & Conditions please do not use the Website.
Purchasing Goods
The use of the Website is limited to residents of the UK and you must be 18 years old or have the consent of your parent or guardian. We do not sell products to children through the Website.
Delivery times are quoted in ‘Working Days” – all days except weekends and English public holidays
The completion and submission of an order through the Website, if confirmed and accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
The ordering process is detailed thus:
1. we will send an email acknowledgement confirming the the goods you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance and at this stage there is no binding contract.
2. we will wait for your payment to be authorised by your card provider before despatching the goods. Issues regarding payment authorisation can delay despatch and order completion for which we are not liable. If there is a problem we will contact you using the details you have provided to discuss alternative payment options.
3. once your purchase(s) have been despatched we will send you a “Despatch email” which is the formal acceptance of your order by us. At this point we enter into a binding contract with you with the obligations associated with that contract.
4. your payment will be debited only once the order has been dispatched (damaged or out of stock goods will not result in your card being debited).
Orders may not be accepted for the following (but not limited to) the following reasons:
1. your payment was not authorised
2. the goods are out of stock or damaged
3. you cancel the order – see details below
4. Website error concerning price or other details
We reserve the right to refuse your order.
Cancellation and Return of goods
Legally your are entitled to a “cooling-off” period of 14 days (from dispatch of goods – see date of “Despatch email”) during which you can return the goods without charge. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, certain goods are not covered by the cooling-off period guarantee. These include Bespoke or engraved Jewellery and goods involving piercings (for hygiene and medical reasons) where the packaging is open or incomplete – if the pierced good is not in its original, unopened packaging we can not offer an exchange or refund.
Any goods you do not wish to keep must be kept in your possession and kept in their original condition including product packaging (as opposed to delivery packaging).
Please make sure you return your items in suitable protective packaging and please obtain proof of dispatch (a receipt from the Post Office) for future reference.
Refunds can only be returned to the card used to make the initial purchase. Normally funds will returned to your account within 10 days depending on your provider.
Please note: refunds are only issued for the product returned. We do not not refund postage.
Cancelling part of your order before the goods are dispatched may result in the postage and packaging charges being revised based on the items that make up the final dispatched order. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights (www.consumerdirect.gov.uk)
Delivery
We will aim to dispatch within a 5 working day period, unless an adjustment is required to the product. You will receive an email of confirmation once the your parcel has been dispatched If your item is sent recorded post, then you can expect delivery within 2 working days. If your item is sent special delivery, you can expect delivery before 1pm the next day. A signature will be required for both services upon arrival, please note royal mail do not guarantee delivery on Saturday’s.
For product’s up to the value of £50.00 will be sent recorded at an additional cost of £3.75.
For product’s valued from £50.00 up to £250.00 will be sent special delivery at additional cost of £6.75.
For product’s valued over £250.00 no postage charge applies.
We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time.
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For delivery to the Channel Island, Eire and UK Territories and Dependencies please contact us for a shipping quote 01244 345760.
Delivery is from the date of dispatch (see “Dispatch email”) and is usually 2-4 working days unless stated otherwise.
Availability of Goods
Products shown on the Website are available only to customers in the UK.
If the items ordered are out of stock we will notify you by email or telephone. We will inform you when we expect the item to be back in stock and contact you to complete your order once this happens. You will be given the option to cancel your order and your account will not be debited unless or until the item is available and the order processed.
Pricing
All prices on the Website are in British Pounds Sterling and payment will be accepted only in Pounds Sterling.
All prices include VAT at the official rate (20% as of 01/10/2016).
Post & Packaging will be added to your invoice as indicated on the check out page.
Every effort is made to ensure that goods shown on the Website are available at the price shown. However, for technical or stock reason we cannot guarantee that this will always be correct. If the item is not available at the price shown we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the correct price and complete your order or offer you the option of cancelling the order.
